▪ Please include your GHIN# and Handicap Maximum Handicap: Men (36) and Women (40)
▪ Gross and Net Prizes will be awarded
▪ Field Limit is 30 teams; First come, first served.
▪ Captains are responsible for submitting payment with entry ($300 per player/$1,200 Team)
