The restaurants and food of Boca Grande are always delicious – but it’s hard to beat a frozen spritzer on a hot day. Cool off with a delicious frozen treat. Alcohol is optional – of course! Substitute extra soda or ginger-ale for kiddos. Also, don’t be shy, add the fresh fruits you love most for a personal touch.
Here’s what you’ll need to create this Boca Grande style treat:

5 cups Fruit, frozen

1 cup Tropical flavored soda or pineapple juice

1 handful Ice

1 bottle White wine
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple, crushed
- 1 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and spoon into popsicle molds.
- Freeze.
- Enjoy!
